Vero ragazzi, personalmente i bcaa in restrizione calorica soprattutto, li percepisco molto in termini di reattivita' e lucidita' in generose dosi pre w/o, provati anche nel during in caso di sessioni lunghe. Proprio per la competizione col triptofano, presumibilmente. IMHO, potrebbe essere la funzione cardine quella così esplicata, specie nel pre w/o...inoltre leggevo dell'azione congiunta con la caffeina in termini di dimagrimento. Chiuso l'OT sorry :-D
