Mi alleno da quasi tre anni e dopo aver preso per qualche mese le proteine in polvere, sono arrivato alla conclusione di non averne più bisogno in quanto assumo già abbastanza proteine con la dieta, e volevo iniziare ad assumere creatina.. ci sono però molte varietà di creatina, potreste aiutarmi dicendomi quale secondo voi è la miglior tipologia di creatina e una buona marca?
