vorrei dimagrire un po. ho sempre pensato a mangiare per aumentare di massa (con scarsi risultati:wall:) pensavo solo alle proteine!
ora ho messo su un po di ciccia che vorrei tirare giu ma non so nemmeno da che parte iniziare. vi riporto i miei dati
altezza 163cm peso 65kg polso 16cm grasso coroporeo 15/16% mi
secondo voi potrei prenderlo un termogenico??? potrebbe aiutarmi?? tenete conto che non voglio tirarmi come chissà cosa voglio solo tirare via l'eccesso!!!!
