Ragazzi mi ponevo una domanda : visto che i pre workout possono creare assuefazione, per non abituarmi sempre allo stesso, posso assumerne 2 alternandoli ? esempio : il lunedì prendo il jack 3d , poi il martedì il powa, poi di nuovo il jack e così via ? voi che dite ?
Anche perchè bene o male tranne qualcuno piu particolare degli altri la base di elementi stimolanti è quasi simile quindi cambiando prodotto non è necessariamente detto che eviti l'assuefazione
