ciao ragazzi sarò banale per porre questa domanda, ma visto che ho assunto per un mese proteine dell'uovo la mattina, che differenza c'e se assumo proteine isolate?
sempre per metterle al posto delle uova e/o comunque sia per assumere proteine al mattino
Se è per avere un buon apporto proteico al mattino, praticamente non c'è differenza, le pro dell' uovo sono buone come profilo aminoacidico, il discorso sarebbe diverso se le dovessi prendere post wo, in questo caso le whey con la loro velocità d' assimilazione si farebbero preferire.
