faccio una ricarica di 24 ore, avevo pensato di usarla in ricarica, un 15gr, voi che dite? è poco o è tanto?
sono 167cm peso 80kg % grasso non più dell'11%
Ragazzi continuo qui perchè ho lo stesso quesito da porvi. Al momento sono al nono giorno di metabolica ( per definire), sabato essendoci la prima ricarica volevo sapere se fosse utile o no inserire 15 gr di creatina a fini energetici.
