Salve ragazzi, volevo un consiglio sull'integrazione post allenamento; essendo impegnato tutto il giorno posso allenarmi solo la sera prima di cena e quando torno a casa mangio subito. Volevo sapere quando mi consigliate di integrare con un frullato di proteine in polvere considerato che sarebbero perfette subito dopo l'allenamento, ma si sovrapporrebbero con la cena.

Condivido con Miller, se subito dopo il workout ceni con un pasto solido (carboidrati ad alto IG + proteine) è inutile che assumi proteine in polvere subito dopo il workout.
