      Anche una dieta iperproteica incrementa la proliferazione tumorale, ma questo non ha il minimo significato.

      Un corpo sano e atletico necessita di nutrimento supplementare, micro e macro. Questo permette di renderlo forte e longevo. Poi ne caso ci si ammaliante, è ovvio che questo nutrimento in surplus possa alimentare anche la malattia. Da qui a stare in guardia per un multivit ce ne passa.

      Buona regola è staccare periodicamente tutto, persino le proteine.

        Mega-dosi di idrosolubili ci possono stare, nel senso che quantomeno non dovrebbero essere dannose, ma temo faccia ben poco andare molto sopra la RDA. Del resto nell'articolo lo dice, tutta la tiamina che gettate nel cesso dimostra che ne assorbite molto meno di quei 50 mg che generalmente stanno nelle pillole.

                  ma se io non faccio niente dalla mattina alla sera e mi ingozzo di dolci ad esempio cosa mi accade?
                  problemi cardiovascolari, colesterolo alto, rischio di diabete obesità e quant'altro.
                  Bisogna guardare le cose da un punto di vista critico!
