Un corpo sano e atletico necessita di nutrimento supplementare, micro e macro. Questo permette di renderlo forte e longevo. Poi ne caso ci si ammaliante, è ovvio che questo nutrimento in surplus possa alimentare anche la malattia. Da qui a stare in guardia per un multivit ce ne passa.
Buona regola è staccare periodicamente tutto, persino le proteine.
