Con 3 grammi al giorno saturi in un mese (e qui ci sono gli studi)... con 3+3 i giorni ON non hai problemi... infatti la creatina a mio modo di vedere è un integratore che va ciclizzato davvero poco... preferisco fare e consigliare cicli di 3-6 mesi piùttosto che stare sempre li a caricare e scaricare... quando serve il turbo, non puoi fare a meno della creatina
