Ciao a tutti,da 1 settimana,sto assumendo aminoacidi ramificati prima e post wo(8gr in totale,peso 80kg) e la gluttammina (15gr in totale 3 volte al dì),mi sembra che da quando la prendo i muscoli sono piu pieni,e possibile o è solo una cosa mentale?
bhe è normale perchè la glutammina ha una capacità pump, gli aminoacidi non hanno mai riscontrato effetti visivi
comunque niente di cui preoccuparsi, anzi ben per te
