Se non ho capito male è la tua prima integrazione quindi per me il nitrix lo puoi lasciar perdere,l'anti cortisolo è già più utile ma non essenziale per ora,in poche parole se hai soldi da spendere si possono aggiungere tante cose altrimenti mantieniti su un integrazione base.. Perchè hai eliminato la glutammina poi?
No non è la prima integrazione, ok elimino l'anti cortisol ma il nitrix lo volevo tenere
