ciao a tutti,ho comprato questo termogenico in capsule ma fatico a deglutirle...a volte vanno di traverso,con in bcaa non ho problemi ma queste capsule mi stanno creando molti problemi...non è che è possibile aprire le capsule e berne il contentuto?

ne prendo 3 al mattino e 3 nel pomeriggio prima delle 16 come suggerito dall'etichetta + ALC
