guarda hai una bf secondo me inferiore al 14, stai attorno al 12, il grasso è distribuito in modo uniforme, non hai accumuli e sei proporzionato, io cercherei di crescere senza perdere tempo in inutili cicli di definizione, anche perchè hai un ottima base ma da definire non c'è nulla
allora seguirò il tuo consiglio.. sono circa 6 mesi che ho iniziato ad allenarmi seriamente speriamo di ottenere i risultati per l'estate...... 2013 xD
