Ciao ragazzi come và? Sto seguendo una dieta ipocalorica di cui ho parlato nella sezione adatta ... ora poichè non riesco ad inserire con i cibi circa 50g di proteine mi hanno consigliano di utilizzare le whey... ma vale la pena prenderle?? Io è 1 anno che non faccio allenamento quindi non sono in una fase di bisogno sportivo al max faccio un pò di cyclette!! Cosa ne pensate?? 2 3 misurini di whey vanno bene cmq?? grazie a tutti
