Salve, ho comprato Carbox 1000 della Biotech Usa. E un insieme di carboidrati a lenta e veloce assimilazione.... Come postWO vorrei prendere un dosaggio di 28 gr (effettivi 24 gr di PRO) con insieme un tot di Carbox. Il dosaggio della casa dice 50 Gr pero io assumo anche le PRO quindi vorrei sapere se va bene anche solamente 30 GR di carbox.... Grazie
