sinceramente mi regolo pian piano.... l'anno scorso nn ricordo di preciso come fu in termini di calorie, comunque io inizio a scalare le grammature dei carbo a partire maggiormente dalla sera pian piano.... una modifica per massimo 2 pasti giornalieri a settimana. mo quest'anno sto meglio, quindi sarà da valutare strada facendo. cmq ogni consiglio è ben accetto
