Volevo chiedere a Sergio o chiunque mi possa dare una mano se prima e dopo il workout è consigliabile prendere gli aminoacidi ramificati in generale o gli aminos liquid della Twin Lab? E di quest'ultimi in che dose a livello di cucchiai da cucina?
In generale i ramificati sono specifici presi prima e subito dopo l'allenamento , gli aminoacidi liquidi andrebbero presi meglio se dopo l'allenamento o durante la giornata , non ne esiste una quantità precisa , diciamo almeno un cucchiaio alla volta.
