Salve ragazzi, dovrei comprare 2 pacchi di proteine della Optimum Nutrition, uno whey e le altre caseine. Per le caseine che prenderò prima di andare a dormire e che metterò nel latte avevo pensato il gusto cacao, qualcuno mi può consigliare un buon gusto per le whey di questa marca? Le dovrei prendere nello spuntino post-workout, c'è sempre il gusto cacao ma magari qualcuno ne ha provato uno migliore.
