Penso che le proteine in polvere siano superflue, in quanto durante la dieta metabolica, non occorre assumere grandi quantità di proteine.
Tra gli integratori fondamentali metterei un buon multivitaminico, un integratore di fibre, un int, di magnesio e potassio tipo polase e aggiungerei anche degli EPA.
Glutammina e BCAA li pui prendere dopo l'allenamento per contrastare il catabolismo, ma non sono indispensabili.
