come da titolo apro questo post perchè dovrei fare nuovamente l' ordine e vorrei sapere quali proteine dovrei prendere nel pre nanna 30 min dopo aver preso il magnesio orotato, abbinandole alla glutamina.
Attualmente utilizzo le ISO Sensation neutre a colazione e le GASPARI Myofusion nel pre nanna.
Qualcuno mi ha consigliato un blend proteico, altri le whey, altri mi hanno sconsigliato le caseine per via del gonfiore che provocano e che ho realmente verificato di persona.
