quello è chiaro,ma per problemi di tempo salto sempre colazione e spuntino pomeridiano,che mi tolgono comunque delle calorie che sono importanti per me.
post wo assumo già proteine in polvere,quindi credo lo terrò come spuntino pomeridiano.
