Ciao a tutti, ho 19 anni, sono alto 1.88 e peso 70 kg; faccio palestra quasi tutti i giorni ma non riesco a mettere su massa muscolare. sono andato a chiedere in un negozio di fitness e mi ha consigliato un prodotto chiamato "hyper mass 5000"...cosa ne pensate? come e quando è da prendere e in quante quantità?? se qualcuno l'ha mai usato saprebbe dirmi se ha notato cambiamenti?? grazie mille!!!
