ciao ragazzi, volevo sapere qualcosa sui BCAA, a cosa servono, quando e in che quantità assumenli, se servono per la massa e se possono essere presi assieme a delle proteine (60% ?). ciao
i BCAA vanno presi 1gr per 10 kg di peso corporeo metà 30 min prima dell'allenamento e metà dopo.
vanno bene sia in massa che in definizione.
se integri con delle pro puoi benissimo integrare anche con BCAA.
