perchè pensavo/penso che il cardio post WO vada subito ad "attaccare" le riserve di glicogeno e quindi finisca con l'attaccare prima la massa magra...no?!
esatto..anche perche sinceramente la vedo dura fare un pasto e poi mettersi sul run a correre..anche io ho avuto questo dubbio ma mangio direttamente dopo il tutto..mi hanno consigliato anche(princricky) che se stai in definizione..di digiunare 2-3 ore dopo il w.o,integrandoti con sole bcaa/gluta e poi mangiare..ma io nn credo di farcela ad aspettare dopo pesi piu cardio magari te ci riesci
