Salve.. essendo inesperto di integrazione e dopo avere letto un po qua e la nel forum volevo integrare la mia dieta (http://www.bodyweb.com/threads/288769-Dieta-per-MASSA-consigli) per ora prendo solo il megamass( 2 misurini alla mattina e 3 post wo)..volevo aumentare la mia forza oltre che alla massa..per esempio come pre wo non prendo nulla..faccio lo spuntino(frutta) 3 ore prima di allenarmi..voi cosa mi consigliate? creatina? oppure un pre wo ? aminoacidi?
