Dagli aminoacidi cosa vuoi aspettarti? E' un integratore e come tale va considerato, se prendi gli aminoacidi non metti mica su piu' massa rispetto a chi non li prende...avrai un recupero + veloce e via......certo che 5 gr a meno che tu non pesi 40kg, non sono niente...
