Ciao ragazzi!Corro in bici a livello agonistico. Le gare ora sono finite e ho 2 settimane di completo riposo per poi cominciare con 2 volte alla settimana nuoto e 3 volte alla settimana palestra. Quest'inverno vorrei mettere su massa.
