Nitobolon della Trec quale? quello prework (confezione blu Energizer) o quello classico (in rosso)?...il primo lo usavo mezz'ora prima di allenarmi, il secondo puoi usarlo sia pre che post (arrivando a un massimo se non ricordo male di 30g+30g) e dopo un mese e mezzo aggiungere un'altra dose dopo colazione...prenanna non lo vedo utile, c'è molto di meglio e specifico.
