per quanto riguarda i BCAA(con il seguente rapporto 2.1.1) si prendono 1g ogni 10kg di peso corporeo(se pesi 80kg devi assimere 8g ,nel tuo caso 8 g vanno anche bene)e vanno presi almeno 15 min prima del wo.
si possono prendere: -pre wo(almeno 15min prima)
-during wo
-post wo (subito)
si consiglia di ripartire la dose in modo uguale tra pre e post wo.(vanno presi solo nei giorni di allenamento)
Mentre la kre-alkalyn va presa in uguale grammatura possibilmente.
-la mattina prima di fare colazione
-30min prima del wo
-appena finito il wo
DI solito x chi inizia a prendere qst integratore può fare 2-2-2 nei giorni on allenamento e 2-2 in quelli off se non la senti fai 3-3-3 on 3-3 off. dopo 4/5 settimane sospendi.
