Salve a tutti,tra 2 giorni inizio il mio nuovo piano integrazione con l'animal pak,solo che mi è sorta una domanda,che sarà anche stupida,ossia, l'animal pak lo assumo subito dopo la colazione o aspetto 30 minuti prima di assumerlo? io con i normali multivitaminici mi comportavo nella 1 maniera,ma vedendo che molti lo assumono dopo 30 minuti,ora sono un po confuso..

non capisco, perchè dovresti aspettare per assumere un multivitaminico? é buona regola utilizzarlo proprio a stomaco pieno, in modo da gestire sia le vitamine liposolubili che quelle idrosolubili, senza contare i minerali
