Anzi è ottimo (sia in massa che definizione) alternate le fonti proteiche (soia inclusa).
Io non abbandonerei quelle del siero: piuttosto farei un frullato al giorno (magari metà mattina o metà pome) con le pro della soia (che hanno il vantaggio di essere anche economiche).
