A mio parere in fase di massa si ha meno necessità di integrare...trovi tutto dagli alimenti. In definizione per preservare la massa in un periodo dove gli alimenti scarseggiano preferisco ricorrere a molti anticatabolici.
Comunque, tutto l'anno potresti aver bisogno di proteine e di un integratore di acidi grassi.
