Io punterei deciso sul Leukic e lascerei perdere l'HMB che ho provato a dosi di 6g al gg per 30 giorni e nn ho visto nessun tipo di risultato, invece con Leukic i risultati li ho visti eccome (l'ho preso per 2 mesi a dosi di 7 caps al gg).
