é da circa 3 mesi che ho iniziato a prendere glutamina. 10gr al giorno suddivisi i 2 parti della giornata, in genere a colazione ed a pomeriggio verso le 5, oppure, nei giorni di allenamento, a colazione e quando torno dalla mia uscita in bici prima di pranzo.
Vorrei sapere se vado bene così e se sarebe meglio interrompere per qualche periodo!
