2gr tra wo e cardio manco ti arrivano nello stomaco....e con i 3gr post cardio il discorso cambia di poco.
fai 2 assunzioni e amen.
o metà pre/metà post o metà tra wo e cardio e metà post.
...o ancora meglio...fai 3 assunzioni da 5gr l'una...IMO...
