Ho questo dubbio: la mattina dovrei prendere 2-3 capsule di SCT stark, dato che faccio colazione subito appena sveglia con latte+caffè+all brean+20 gr. proteine, sapreste dirmi se qualcuno di questi alimenti inibisce l'assimilazione di altri e se quindi è meglio seguire un'ordine nel prenderli ? Per es. SCT rallenta l'assimilazione delle pro ? Oppure il caffè aumenta l'efficacia dell'SCT ?
