Ragazzi cosa ne pensate di questo prodotto? Come lo vedete in una dieta impostata in questa maniera o è preferibile inserirlo più in un contesto classico 4carbo*Peso, 2pro*peso, 1fat*peso? Ho rivisto ultimamente la dieta, apportando sostanzialmente come modifica i carbo a pranzo da 150gr da 30gr.

dieta: lunedi, martedi, mercoledi, venerdi: carbo 150, pro 190, fat 50
giovedi: carbo 300, pro 190, fat 50
sabato, domenica: carbo 500, pro 150, fat 40
Il mio obiettivo è arrivare ad agosto con un bf sul 9-10% cercando di riuscire a non staccarmi dalla massa magra tanto difficilmente guadagnata.
Mi alleno alternando microcicli con carichi pesanti e ripetizioni mai superiori a 6 e microcicli in cui un fondamentale per ogni gruppo muscolare rimane rimangono in 3x5 e gli altri aumentano: tipo settimana1 3x8, sett2 3x12, sett3 3x15, sett4 3xmax, ecc....
è un prodotto che ho visto usare in una dieta di massa non sporchissima con risultati cmq superiori che ne so a delle whey con banane o qualsiasi gainer celebrato.. ma anche al Torrent...
