lo sò che rompo le scatole ragazzi ma ribadisco che si assumono pochi BCAA, è imperativo stare attorno ai 2gr/10kgpeso, magari se il portafogli grida pietà risparmiamo su altro, tipo i prewo o prodotti stimolatori già pronti, mischioni vari che lasciano il tempo che trovano........questo è il mio consiglio

poi a seguire:

dimagranti vari
poi eventualmente tutto quello che soggettivamente si ritiene necessario
