Quasi tutti consigliano di prenderli metà prima e metà dopo io volevo provare ad assumerli tutti insieme subito dopo l'allenamento cosa ne pensate? Sono in massa il mio scopo e quello di aumentare la sintesi proteica visto che tanto come anticatabolico dopo l'allenamento faccio pasto solido e glutammina e pre-wo pranzo quindi non prendo integratori.
Ok allora provero a giorni e vedrò un po come mi trovo
Mi sembrano spreccati usarli pre-wo visto che sono ancora pieno dal pranzo, li sentirei anche di meno. Penso che un pasto completo basti e avanzi. Grazie Vincenzo ci sei sempre
