per una serie di motivi assumo gli integratori (creatina, proteine, frutta) circa 20 min dopo l'allenamento.
secondo voi questa finestra temporale riduce l'efficacia degli integratori?

niente pippe....se puoi assumere tutto il post w.o. immediatamente dopo va benissimo , ma anche 20' non è che muore nessuno..
più che altro è il miscuglio di pro, crea e...FRUTTA che mi lascia perplesso....che frutta scusa?
