scusate se mi intrometto ma chi dice che le whey possono essere sostituite dai bcaa dice una cavolata:
i bcaa sono solo aminoacidi ramificati liberi(cioè senza legame peptidico) che non hanno bisogno di essere metabolizzati per passare nel sangue...
insieme alle classiche pro doverbbero aumentare la sintesi proteica(senza esagerare con i dosaggi)..
Poi non si possono per nessun motivo SOSTITUIRE le proteine con aminoacidi liberi(anche se sono EAA) in quanto i peptidi svolgono varie funzioni importanti nell'organismo..
