io le proteine le prendo post-work per dare nutrimento al muscolo... + il vitargo ovviamente .. faccio 20gr di vitargo + 50gr di proteine... la mattina almeno secondo la mia alimentazione posso decidere ma ne assumo comunque poche perchè a colazione ho un cambiamento di tendenza cioè al posto di latte, fette biscottate etc ho 150 gr di petto di pollo .. per lo spuntino mangio la bresaola o la fesa di tacchino oppure posso assumere 30gr di proteine e un frutto di stagione esclusi banana fichi uva .. da 70 kg cn questa alimentazione e tipo di integrazione sono arrivato a 85 kg
