posso assumerla durante il mese ke sto facendo con la creatina???

Per la carnitina si può arrivare anche fino a 3gr a dì ... cmq 1500-2000mg .... ti consiglio la sua forma acetilata (ACL) che presenta una migliore assimilazione ed utilizzo ... 500-1500mg al dì, magari qualche mezzoretta prima dell'attività aerobica.
