In pratica sono 2 barattoli uno contenente grassi CLA provenienti da semi di cartame
un altro contenente compresse di whey proteins come dice la confezione.
Ma come assumerli?
quello di pro lo prendo insieme al post work anceh se la quantità mi sembra minima: 3 cps 1200 mg
il Cla quando lo assumo? anche qui 3 compresse sono pari a 1200mg
