vorrei sapere se è giusto prendere 4 cpr la mattina a digiuno e 4cpr 40' prima dell'allenamento. Premetto che comunque ho notato un piccolo aumento della forza della massa muscolare e della voglia di lavorare con i pesi. Grazie
io lo usai a dosaggio americano di 12cpr al gg, divise in due assunzioni.. dato il costo e dv lo compravo usai solo 1confezione che mi duro 2settimane emmezzo. Notai anche io alla seconda settimana aumento di forza e voglia di allenarmi..
