allora le proteine vanno prese in base alla tua dieta cmq le puoi assumere la mattina e nel post WO; i bcaa vanno assunti 1gr ogni 10kg di peso e puoi suddividerli pre e post WO; la creatina se monoidrato potresti provare con tre assunzioni di 3gr a botta utilizzando un tampone tipo brioschi a colazione pre e post WO

cmq che proteine hai? caseine, whey....in ogni caso sono funzione della dieta in generale, nel post w.o. puoi prendere whey e cho veloci (da considerare nel computo globale giornaliero)
