non vedo il problema...io l'ho fatto un sacco di volte e il sapore è anche molto buono (cioccolato)....per le quantità devi regolarti in base alla tua alimentazione

beh l'assunzione di proteine è sempre legata al piano dietetico, integrare una non dieta è come non integrare... poi il tipo di proteina dipende da altri fattori
