non vorrei dire una c*****a però avevo letto che la creatina una volta raggiunto il "livello" massimo di scorte nei muscoli bastano dosi minori per mantenerla e tutta quella in più in pratica viene scartata quindi (sempre se questo è vero) fossi in te io utilizzerei dosi elevate all'inizio e solo dopo diminuire un po il dosaggio così da risparmiare anche qualche eurino
