Cmq ho trovato in rete i dosaggi per i due prodotti: Torrent 100gr a porzione (visto le basse quantitò di cho e pro posso aumentarle con destrosio e whey giusto?);
Storm 10gr al giorno(equivalente a un misurino,dose raccomandata), posso aumentarli a 15gr?(sempre se nn mi causa problemi la creatina)
-Lo Storm lo prendo anche come post(10gr) insieme al Torrent?
-Nei gg di OFF 10gr pre-colazione?
-Lo Storm lo uso per 1mese e po scarico per 2settimane?il Torrent?
