No, non credo sia proficuo integrare ferro se i tuoi livelli di sideremia stanno nella norma, ovvero se non hai una carenza, poichè l' organismo non riesce ad eliminare il surplus di questo come fa con altri minerali e un eccesso di ferro crea ambiente favorevole ad alcuni batteri e favorisce lo sviluppo di alcune malattie, alcuni studi lo correlano allo sviluppo di certi tipi di cancro, ma di questo non sono sicuro, in quanto non ho lo studio sottomano.
